Your Move Stewart & Co estate agents is based in the heart of Romford town centre. They cover all areas in the Havering borough. Located on Victoria Road you are able to pop in by all means of transport with all the local buses stopping at Romford train station which is within 0.1 miles of the office.

They offer all aspects of estate agency, lettings service, property management, mortgage advice, solicitors, portfolio management and property investment.

They're looking for a keen Dynamic candidate who is keen to learn and develop and be guided to fulfil a career in the property and lettings industry. The candidate should value the importance of meeting customer expectations and experience through providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customer's requirements are met.


Vacancy Description:

  • General administrative duties such as filling, copying, data entry, handling post
  • Monitoring e-mails
  • Answering calls
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
  • Sending out monthly rental statements to landlords/invoices to clients
  • Liaising with tenants and contractors
  • Registering new applicants both over the phone and face to face
  • Arranging and attending viewing / Negotiating with landlords and tenants
  • Answering calls and dealing with enquiries
  • Creating new valuation opportunities



  • Housing/Property Management Level 3
  • English and Maths Functional Skills (If Required)


Course Duration:

  • 18 months

Desired skills:

  • High attention to detail, and be able to meet deadlines
  • Responsible and reliable
  • PC literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Have an excellent face to face and telephone manner
  • Good communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic and motivated
  • Ability to work a part of a team

Working Week:


  • 4-day week
  • Mon-Sat 9 – 6.30
  • Every Saturday 9am -3.30
  • 1-hour lunch break



  • £664pm
  • £7,968 yearly salary
  • + Car allowance
  • + Commission




  • Full Driving Licence
  • MUST have a driving license and own car
