Vacancy Description

Assisting the maintenance department

Taking calls from tenants and logging enquiries onto the system

Efficiently deal with landlord and tenant enquiries

Answering phone as required and dealing with queries

Making calls to contractors and booking appointments

Scanning and uploading files to the system

General administrative duties

Managing files

Sending emails and letters

Carrying out property research, including marketing procedures through portals, websites and various databases.

Data entry – updating details, creating new entries, editing details.

Diary Management

Filling general office and sales paperwork

Qualification

Business Administration Level 3

English and Maths Functional Skills (If Required)

£720 per month

£ 8,640 per annum

Future Prospects

Applicant Will initially be working as an office administrator but the role has future prospects of a permanent position plus further training

Notes

To enable new starts to get adjusted, the work hours at the start will be 10am to 4pm, but will later change to 9am 5pm Ideally should live locally
