Weeks Construction Limited is a North Essex based Construction Company owned and run by the renowned construction professional, Ryan Weeks, they cover all aspects of construction from domestic to residential and commercial properties and builds.

Vacancy Description

Day to day role within the business will include but are not limited to:

Communications with suppliers via phone and email

Updating excel spreadsheets

Social media uploads

Updating Health and safety files and risk assessments

Updating Staff details on file

Updating Staff holidays

Organisation and business development

Manage company diary

General administrative tasks such as answering calls, emails, sorting mail, photocopying and filing appropriate documents as needed

They are currently planning a charity golf day and looking for someone who can help plan and manage this alongside us. We hope to do lots more events and days like this in the future.

These roles will run alongside manager the in the day to day running on the business


Business Administration Level 3

English and Maths Functional Skills Level 2 (If Required)
