Watermark is a plumbing, bathroom and heating retail supplier based in Chadwell Heath.


Vacancy Description:

  • Speaking with customers and dealing with enquiries
  • Pricing
  • Stocking
  • Manage change to a digital system
  • Taking orders
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls


Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Specialist (Level 3)
  • English and Maths Functional Skills (If Required)


Course Duration:

  • 15 months


Desired skills:

  • Able to handle complaints and queries
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Excellent time keeping
  • Computer Literate in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • IT savvy, with a view to progress to being able to use CAD and bathroom designer
  • Ability to work in a practical hands on role

Working Week:

  • 30 – 35 hrs per week
  • Mon – Fri
  • 9am – 6.00pm
  • Working alternate shifts on Saturdays with a day off during the week
  • 1-hour lunch break


Salary:

  • £540 - £630pm
  • 7,560‬ yearly salary


Future Prospects:

  • If candidate shows good aptitude could move onto design of bathrooms / supervisory roles
