To assist with the day-to-day administration tasks within the department, answering to manager and sales consultants.
Liaising with customers and suppliers either on the telephone or in person relating to sales and purchase order processing.
Sales prospecting calls, leading to possible new sales opportunities.
Assisting Consultant with Office Layouts, Planning & Quoting. Visiting customers on site with sales consultant to measure offices, creating CAD plans and specifying and quoting product.
Business Administration Level 3
English and Maths Functional Skills (If required)
Great written and spoken English
Great Communications skills
High attention to detail and be able to meet deadlines
PC literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Have an excellent face to face and telephone manner
Ability to work independently or part of a team
Experience using CAD
Enthusiastic and motivated
