Walters is now looking for an ambitious dynamic candidate who is keen to learn, develop and be guided to fulfil a career in their company. The candidate should understand what a sales role will require and value the importance of meeting customer expectations and providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service.
To assist the office supplies department in all areas particularly administration and customer service, outbound sales and account management.
Process customer orders and enquiries submitted by telephone, email and web.
Outbound prospecting calls to attract new business and sales opportunities.
Internal account management with a view to developing towards on the road sales.
CRM and website administration tasks to maintain technology systems.
Sales Executive Level 4
English and Maths Functional Skills (If required)
Great written and spoken English
Great Communications skills
High attention to detail and be able to meet deadlines
PC literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Have an excellent face to face and telephone manner
Ability to work independently or part of a tea
Enthusiastic and motivated
Friendly and energetic
Willingness to learn
Excellent time keeping
Can do attitude
Good education record
