To support front office staff in their requests  

Answer phones and direct enquiries to the correct teams

Administrative activities such as scanning, printing, filing and general office administration 

Supporting the IT team with creative ideas when needed  

To communicate with current and prospective clients and maintain a good professional relationship with them  

Qualification

Business Administration Level 3 

Maths and English Level 2 Functional Skills *
