Dealing with customers logging faults /service issues across telephone lines and broadband
Data entry
Diary management
General administrative duties
Monitoring e-mails
Answering calls
Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
Customer Service Specialist Level 3
English and Maths Functional Skills (If Required)

PC literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good communication skills

5 days per week (Monday – Friday)
40 hours
£180 per week
£ 2,160 per annum
Possible permanent after apprenticeship completed.
