Day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Answering and making telephone calls
  • Responding to customer and supplier emails
  • Designing and setting up solutions for customers
  • Liaising and dealing with colleagues and clients
  • Programming routers and phones
  • Giving demonstrations to customers
  • Ensuring that information provided is clearly understood 
  • Providing first class customer support

Skill required:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and outlook
  • Be familiar and have an interest in computers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and organised
  • Be able to communicate with people on all levels
  • Understand the importance of consistency
