Thames Rib Experience operate speed boat sight-seeing trip in Central London on the River Thames from 3 x locations. They have 5 vessels to their fleet and also have a kiosk at each location where photos and videos are also sold of the passenger’s own experience. They have a variety of different passengers coming on board from tourists, corporates, families, etc.

The Essex address is the Head Office whereby bookings are taken and all the operational needs for the Company are overseen.

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a hardworking and motivated individual to join Thames Rib Experiences' Customer Service / Operations team at their head office in Buckhurst Hill.

 

Vacancy description:

Covering the kiosk

Answering phone calls

Taking & inputting bookings

Issuing gift vouchers

Preparing weekly stock

Checking passengers in

Selling photos / videos

 

Desired skills:

Communication - one the phone / in person

English - written / spoken

Good computer skills

 

Personal qualities:

Confident

Mature

Punctual 

Presentable

Reliable

 

Desired qualifications:

GCSE grade A* - C in English would be ideal

 

Things to consider:

Long periods at a computer on some days

Required to travel between locations and cover Kiosk's in London - Expense will be paid for

Candidate must be 18 or over

 

Working week:

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
