Tenerife Villas are a UK based company that acts an intermediary between the owners of villa/apartments and the client. They've been in business for many years and Tenerife is their speciality.

Overall the employee will be doing general duties within holiday accommodation and assisting its employer with everyday work. There are lots of different roles in this job, answering and dealing with emails including the admin that goes with it will be a major part of their job. Taking control of their social media pages.

Vacancy description:

  • Replying to emails for online marketing
  • Dealing with requests through email such as booking a late check out, wifi, air conditioning, pool heating and other extras
  • Adding & editing adverts including general details, pricing etc on major advertising sites
  • Preparing booking emails and handling the admin work that goes with it.
  • Editing general details, late availability, pricing for our website
  • Making sure calendars have been updated correctly and correspond with our website
  • Writing descriptions of different types of accommodation
  • Taking control of the social media pages such as Facebook & Instagram and posting everyday
  • Taking control of live chat on our website
  • Contacting potential landlords via social media
  • Writing blogs for our website such as general info concerning Tenerife
  • The opportunity to travel to Tenerife
  • Writing captions for photos
