Stonedeaf Monsters Promotions Ltd is the company behind the critically acclaimed Rockin the Bowl festival. It was founded in 2017 and organized the first ever Stonedeaf Festival and later on started organizing Rockin the Bowl festival, which is now in its third year. The company is run by 4 directors, all good friends, so the atmosphere is very friendly and informal. The administrative office is located in the smaller room in the same office where ProPlus English operates. (no lift access, so sorry). We take pride in our company, made by rock fans for rock fans, and we care deeply about the customer service experience of each and every one of our 1500-ish guests and upwards of 100 professionals working the event.

Vacancy Description

The job of the administrator is diverse, interesting and requires common sense and quick thinking. It is not a physically taxing job and is suitable to people of all employable ages. Whether you have experience in this field or not, the small and close-knit team of ProPlus English and Stondeaf Monsters Promotions will welcome you and make you feel at home from the start.

Your duties will include:

  • Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests
  • Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
  • Organising meetings and scheduling appointments during company events
  • Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases
  • Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and merchandise to ensure smooth office operations
  • Creating travel itineraries for business executives, employees and company events
  • Keeping to-do lists and prompting the executives as to their schedule

On a day-to-day basis you will work under the supervision of the company directors and you will interact with the teams behind both businesses, a total of about 25 people.

Qualification

  • Business Administration Level 3
  • English and Maths Functional Skills (If Required)
