Stirling Ackroyd Legal is looking for a bright individual to take on the role of an Apprentice. The right candidate will have a willingness to learn attitude. You would be assisting Solicitors with writing letters to clients, filing, taking meeting notes, making applications to Land Registry, Courts etc as well as learning about the business. You will be trained within the firm to carry out duties that require great responsibility and confidentiality. Therefore self-discipline and self – motivation is a must.

The right candidate will be given a chance to progress within the company. Stirling Ackroyd provides a wide range of legal services at competitive rates and are happy to provide fixed quotes for conveyancing, drafting wills, divorce, powers of attorney etc.

Positions are available ASAP it will be an immediate start

 Vacancy Description:

  • Preparation of documents and correspondence
  • Typing, filing, photocopying, administration and diary management
  • Liaising with colleagues and clients
  • Collecting and delivering important documents
  • Scanning, filing and clerical work
  • Answering letters, telephone calls, emails, and faxes
  • Keeping cost records
  • Keeping minutes of meetings



  • Business Administration Level 3
  • English and Maths Functional Skills (If Required)


Course Duration:

  • 13 months

Working Week:

  • 40hrs per week
  • Mon – Fri
  • 9 am – 5 pm

  • £7,968 yearly salary
