Square Balloon is now looking for an ambitious dynamic candidate who is eager to learn, develop and be guided to fulfil a career in sales. The candidate should have an interest in sales and understand what qualities and essential traits that are required to become a successful sales person.

Vacancy Description

The day-to-day tasks and duties of the role include:

Liaising with potential clients and current clients.

Cold calling our list of potential clients and delivering a script to them.

Draft proposals so the clients understand what they are getting as part of that deal.

Updating our CRM system with information about each deal so all team members will know what is happening with each deal.

The aim of this role is to deliver more sales for the business and to ensure our customers are supported so they have access to our services and are aware of what we can offer.

Identify tender opportunities and suggest them to the manager to decide whether to go ahead with applying for those jobs.

General administrative duties

Dealing with telephone and email enquiries

Creating new opportunities

Building strong relationships with clients


Sales Executive Level 4

English and Maths Functional Skills (If Required)


Extra training to be provided:

Training on how to use CRM system

Supplied with recordings of previous phone calls that have worked

Supplied with script and continuous help with improving the way it is delivered Training on the products the company offers

Knowledge of the company ethos

PC literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Have an excellent face to face and telephone manner

Good communication skills

Ability to work a part of a team

Confident to make phone calls
