They have over 23 years’ collective experience in the mortgage market. They help to realise their client’s dreams and aspirations of home ownership. The candidate will support the work of an Independent Financial Adviser with responsibility for keeping the Clarity CRM database updated on a daily basis with new and existing client info.

Vacancy Description

  • General administrative duties such as filling, copying, data entry, handling post
  • Data Management
  • Assisting with the management of the CRM
  • Processing applications
  • Assisting with the development of company website
  • Managing Reviews
  • Customer invoicing
  • Monitoring e-mails
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries

Qualification

  • Business Administration Level 3
  • English and Maths Functional Skills (If Required)

Course Duration

13 Months

  • PC literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Working Week

£210 per week

£2,520 per annum
