QD Lettings is an estate agent based in Grays, QD Lettings mainly concentrate on lettings and managing their portfolio of landlord’s properties of approx. 220. Properties are located across Essex and into East London, with a few in Kent.
For the right individual, this is an opportunity to develop a range of skills from customer services to general administration and for the successful candidate, this role could lead to career progression in the property industry.
Liaising with tenants and landlords for maintenance issues
Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from landlords and tenants
Booking in using CRM and diary systems.
Adding tenants and landlords to lettings software
Running references for prospective tenants and drawing up documentation for a move in –including legal documents.
General administrative tasks such as answering emails, sorting mail, photocopying and filing appropriate documents as needed
Manage company diary
Business Administration Level 3
English and Maths Functional Skills (If Required)
Knowledge/ Experience in the property industry
Driving Licence/Car not required but would be a bonus
Applicant must be Responsible
Have excellent Time Management
PC literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good communication skills
Enthusiastic and motivated
Ability to work a part of a team
Willingness to learn
Excellent Time Keeping
Monday - Thursday 9.00am – 6pm, Friday is 9am till 1pm, Saturday 9am till 12pm
£25,000 per year
The possible offer of a permanent position after the course
Full training will be given but knowledge of property and in any type of property role would advantageous Full UK driving License Needed Applicant should ideally live locally
