Pure Jewel are keen to bring on a business administration apprentice to one of London's most prestigious international jewellery centres. The employer would like a high level of interpersonal skills alongside the ability to carry out administration duties with diligence and accuracy with room to grow within an established company.

Duties will include:

  • General back office admin duties including stock control & ordering
  • Maintain product knowledge library
  • Provide logistical support for merchandising 
  • Managing office communications to agreed protocols
  • Maintain the stock control database
  • Assist in admin special projects as needed
  • General IT support including MS Office

Desired skills:

  • An understanding of the admin requirements within a fast-moving retail environment
  • An ability to speak additional languages would be a considerable advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills with a caring and outgoing personality
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple administration tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekend and bank holidays
  • Working knowledge of MS Office. Excel & Outlook skills will be an added bonus
