Principal is an education recruitment agency. Our business supplies teaching and support staff to mainstream schools across London. We use a unique app to help candidates and clients access this work.

We are office based and located near St Katherines Dock / Tower Bridge.

The business is a new business but is fast growing, we have grown to a team of 6 in our first 6 months and plan to take on 6 more in the coming months.

They are looking for someone who is keen to grow and progress with the team and help them to achieve their business objectives.

Vacancy Description:

  • The role of Recruitment Sales Administrator is to support the administrative duties of sales made by the Head of Sales.
  • Your roles and responsibilities will include: -
  • Researching and writing jobs adverts from job specs.
  • Issuing booking confirmations
  • Recruiting for key growth areas.
  • On boarding candidates to our app.
  • Assist in the timesheet administration.
  • Assist in payroll enquires.
  • Issue bookings
  • You will report directly to the Head of Sales.

Desired skills and Personal qualities:

  • Fantastic communication skills - you must be confident and articulate in your communication.
  • Perfect written skills – we work in education and so the ability to write to a good standard is essential.
  • Drive – we are an ambitious business; you will need to be driven to succeed in this role.
  • Personable –you will need to be instantly likeable and be able to build relationships fast with people of all ages and backgrounds.
  • PC literate with good understanding of Microsoft Office.
  • Good organisation and time management skills.
  • Motivated.
  • Ability to work a part of a team.
  • Responsible and Reliable.

Working Week:

  • 40hrs per week
  • Monday – Friday
  • 9am – 5pm

Salary:

  • £10,560 Per Annum

Qualification

Business Administration Level 3

English and Maths Functional Skills (If Required)

Notes

This can be a demanding role with a lot of responsibility, we are happy to offer the successful candidate a career post apprenticeship and a significant pay rise however the role is not for everyone.
