You'll be working in recruitment helping complete several legality checks, these include, but are not limited to, right to work, DBS, qualifications, declaration and CV and referencing checks. You will be helping consultants check candidates before they can allow them to be marked as compliant.

Teamwork

  • Compliance is often seen as the enemy of sales, we don’t see it that way at all.
  • The sales process is fast driven, and we want the Compliance team to assist the sales team in helping as many compliant candidates as we can. The compliance/accounts administrator must have the ability to say no to a consultant where it is deemed necessary.

Location

  • This is a WFH position and all training for the role will be provided and administered online via Teams. It will be necessary to travel into the office for your induction day to collect laptop (Liverpool Street, London)

Reporting to

  • In your role you will report to the Compliance Manager for all compliance related duties and to the Finance Manager for the accounts aspect of the job.

Principle Responsibilities:

Compliance

Working within a small accounts team, you will be responsible for ensuring RTW out a range of critical background checks for job applicants. With excellent attention to detail, you'll ensure all checks are carried out to agreed timescales, in a confidential manner and in line with legislation, policies and procedures. You will use an on-line IDSP system to process applicant details.

  • Contribute, support, and meet the compliance and quality needs of the administration of the organisation with the accurate and timely use of multiple databases.
  • The coordination and submission of data, ensuring compliance and quality whilst adopting strong self-management and a pro-active approach towards own targets and/or deadlines.
  • Utilise company systems effectively to aid achievement by being self-driven to meet the timely deadline in the processing of data.
  • Document control and checking.
  • Administrating and filling for the compliance team.
  • Monitoring, assigning and responding to internal enquiries.

Accounts

  • Manage and collect all outstanding purchase orders for our clients on a weekly basis working to strict deadlines and targets. This is a large majority of the role and accuracy is essential.
  • Supporting the team with project based work.
  • Reconciliations of 3rd party supply accounts – full training will be provided and advanced Excel is a necessity (Pivots and Vlookups).
  • Credits.
  • Dealing with and assisting with client based queries.

Working Week:

  • 40 hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9am till 5pm
  • 1-hour lunch break 

Salary:

  • £1,750PM
  • 21k with an option for an increase within first year.

  • Sales Executive Level 4
  • English and Maths Functional Skills (If Required)

This will be a permanent role with an opportunity for growth to not only learn all aspects of compliance but to gain skills in the finance sector/credit control sectors as well
