One Click Homes have a fantastic opportunity for a focused, driven and motivated individual, to join an expanding, thriving and award-winning estate agent, as a Business Administrator

Vacancy Description

General administrative duties such as filing, copying, data entry, handling post

Monitoring e-mails

Answering calls

Dealing with telephone and email enquiries

Sending out monthly rental statements to landlords/invoices to clients

Arranging the diary

Controlling the company’s social media

Liaising with tenants and contractors


Business Administration Level 3

English and Maths Functional Skills (If Required)

Course Duration

13 Months

PC literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Ability to work a part of a team

Working Week

Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm, Saturday, 9am – 3pm

40 hours


£720 per month

£ 8,640 per annum

Future Prospects

The possible offer of a permanent position after the course


Salary will depend on age and experience Must have a Full Driving Licence, Car would be a bonus The successful applicant will need to be flexible to work from both offices, Leyton and Romford. Ideally should live locally If you are working on a Saturday you will do a half-day during the week
