Vacancy Description

The role is to ensure that the office is organised in an effective way

Administrative tasks such as answering emails, sorting mail, photocopying and filing appropriate documents as needed

Maintain and manage office supplies

Manage company diary

Comply with company’s standard procedures

Answering calls

Dealing with telephone and email enquiries


Business Administration Level 3

English and Maths Functional Skills (If Required)
