Vacancy Description

Building relationships with landlords and tenants

Handling maintenance calls form tenants

Handling the checking in of new tenants and the checking out of old tenants

Handling deposit returns

General administrative duties such as filling, copying, data entry, handling post

Monitoring e-mails

Answering calls

Dealing with telephone and email enquiries

Sending out monthly rental statements to landlords/invoices to clients

Arranging the diary

Liaising with tenants and contractors

Qualification

Housing and Property Management Level 3

English and Maths Functional Skills (If Required)
