Maybury Estates have a great opportunity for a keen and motivated candidate to join their team and gain valuable hands-on experience within a small team. They are looking for someone who is keen to grow and progress with the team and help achieve business objectives.

Vacancy Description

Vacancy Description:

  • Role will be for office administration
  • Writing letters
  • Market research
  • Booking viewings
  • Registering applications
  • Reporting to Manager

Desired skills and Personal qualities:

  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be confident speaking on the phone
  • PC literate with good understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Have ability to work as a part of a team
  • Good organisation and time management skills
  • Responsible and Reliable
  • Motivated

Working Week:

  • 25 – 30 hrs pw
  • Monday – Friday
  • Some Saturdays with a day off during the week.
  • 10am – 3pm or 4pm
  • Travel Exp – Negotiable

Salary:

  • £5.10 – £5.50 PH
  • £612 - £660 PM
  • Will be a chance of an increase depending on interview.
