Vacancy Description

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Property maintenance – chasing outstanding maintenance jobs
  • Instructing contractors
  • Liaising with landlords & tenants via email and phone
  • Tracking ongoing maintenance jobs
  • Attending properties to carry out inspections
  • Writing reports on the state of properties
  • Producing inspection reports per property & emailing them to landlords
  • Showing potential tenants around properties

Working Week:

  • 37.5 Hours PW
  • Monday – Friday
  • 9.00 – 5.30
  • 1-hour lunch break

  • £281.25 PW

Entry requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence & Own Car
  • Minimum 4 A*-C 9-4 GCSEs or equivalent


  • Housing and Property Management Level 3
  • English and Maths Functional Skills (If Required)

To become a letting negotiator doing viewings alongside inspections & property maintenance


To being with a majority of the job will be computer-based & on the phone --- You will be working in an office at the employer’s property who has young children so you must be trustworthy.
