IZ Energy is currently looking for an experienced Delivery Administrator to join their team

Vacancy Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customer issues and being the first point of contact
  • Answering calls & responding to emails
  • Data entry
  • Informing customers when work will start
  • Liaise with site supervisors and site teams to ensure the smooth running of work on site
  • General office admin duties Photocopying, filing, and scanning of company documents

Desired skills & Personal qualities:

  • Experience dealing with customers
  • Administration experience
  • Good telephone manner
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Working use & knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with data entry
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Week:

  • 40 Hours per week
  • Mon – Fri
  • 9am – 5pm


  • £22,000 per annum
