Vacancy Description

Help screen incoming calls and taking detailed, accurate messages

Manage the post and company email address

Greet visitors

Ad-hoc secretarial duties, including running personal errands


Photocopying and scanning documents

Inputting data

Scheduling meetings

Providing refreshments

Generally looking after the office and helping other employees

Managing office supplies

Site visits to distribute plans and documents


Business Administration level 3

Functional skills English and Maths (If required)
