Typing letters, reports and presentations
Writing social media posts
Managing stock
Purchasing equipment
Researching companies and equipment
Testing equipment
Creating marketing material
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email to customers
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Help with administration work and sales department workflow
Support the MD when out of the office
Supporting at after-school clubs
Business administrator Level 3

Permanent position for the right candidate
This is a small team and, on some days, the applicant will be working by themselves. The applicant may be required to help support teachers in our after-school clubs. We are offering a weekly incentive of £20 towards travel and £20 towards driving lessons/ driving experience.
