Vacancy Description

Meeting and greeting clients

Organising meetings, meeting rooms and appointments

Answering calls and forwarding to the correct department

Onboarding clients and ensuring that the paperwork is correct and filed on the companies system correctly

Provide administrative support to legal teams, including typing letters, reports and contracts

Scanning and photocopying


Business Administrator Level 3

Functional skills English and Maths (if required)

Possess an excellent attitude  to learning and a good work ethic

Possess independent time management and organisational skills as well as being able to prioritise workload according to business needs

No previous experience is necessary, and full support and training will be provided.
