Vacancy Description

  • Greet and welcome guests who arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and material
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via reception desk
  • order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock



  • Business Administrator Level 3
  • Functional skills English and Maths (If required)

Course Duration

13 Months

Working Week

Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5:30PM

37.5 hours


£180.38 per week
