Hart Brown is a leading Legal 500 recommended law firm with 5 offices throughout Surrey. Our well established Surrey-based law firm currently has the opportunity to employ an IT apprentice. This role will work closely in assisting the IT Manager to support the firms IT systems including computers and associated hardware.

Vacancy Description

Maintaining the system-abbreviated numbers including distribution of reports.

Maintaining the voice mail distribution groups.

Maintaining inventory database.

Providing moves and changes of extension throughout the firm.

Maintaining records of all IT equipment and carrying out a yearly audit of that equipment.

Assisting in the administration of the network

Carrying out software and hardware upgrades

Backing up data on a daily basis.

Supporting staff with their IT issues, where our outsource provider lacks product knowledge.

 

Qualification

IT Solutions technician level 3

Functional skills English and Maths (If required)

Monday - Friday

Salary

£280.00 per week

Notes

The role will require travel to our other offices from time to time so own transport is essential.
