Hansons Estates are looking to employ a Trainee Property Manager for our successful team in Ilford. As a Trainee Property Manager you will report to the Directors and work alongside the Lettings Manager, you will be required manage the lettings portfolio in terms of maintenance, landlords and administration

 

Vacancy description

 

Duties will include:

  • Accompanied viewings with prospective tenants.
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries.
  • Register landlord and tenant enquiries and booking relevant appointments.
  • Following up enquiries.
  • Co-ordinating move-ins.
  • Deal progression.
  • Inspections when required.

 

Desired skills:

  • Written communication and numerical skills.
  • A full driving licence.
  • Excellent IT skills including Word.
  • A commitment to providing customer service.

 

Personal qualities:

  • Ambition.
  • A 'can do' attitude.
  • Initiative.
  • A sense of personal responsibility.

 

Desired qualifications:

  • Maths and English A to C or equivalent.

 

Working week: 

  • TBC but shifts will range between: Monday - Friday 9.30 to 6 Saturday - 10 to 3 Half days off during week

 

Weekly wage:

  •  TBC / Competitive salary
