Salary:
£18,000 – £25,000 depending on caseload, experience and qualifications

What are we looking for:
We're looking for high-performing freelance Assessors, to join our vibrant experienced team. As an assessor/ mentor/trainer you will be responsible for ensuring a caseload of apprenticeship learners achieve their qualifications up to level 5 depending on experience.

We are looking for assessors who can deliver Standards and get learners ready for EPA. You will do this through conducting progressive visits with every learner on a monthly basis and supporting, motivating and encouraging them to achieve within the agreed time frames. You will have a clear set of KPIs and will manage your own diary to ensure you achieve these.

Qualifications

  • Assessor qualification (A1, D32, TAQA) 
  • Ideally you will have competency in your field of expertise
  • An updated DBS is a requirement.

Preferred extras:

  • Minimum of 1 year assessing experience delivering Apprenticeship qualifications including Functional skills
  • Accomplished in completing paperwork in line with SFA and Awarding Body guidelines
  • Proven track record of successful completion of electronic portfolios, with high success rates
  • Having a driving license would be beneficial as this role involves travelling
  • Experience in delivering standards and has sound knowledge of the End Point Assessment
