Fix Auto Dagenham is looking for an ambitious, dynamic candidate who is keen to learn, develop and be guided to fulfill a career in the motor industry, so if you’re looking to start a career and are truly interested in becoming a business administrator and working around motors then this role is for you.
The main principle of this role is to support the Customer Experience Team in the daily running of the site.
Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager
Dealing with customer's queries via phone, email and SMS.
Booking in and out customer/Business vehicles, carrying out the Quality control checks, and reporting faults found to the CSM.
Ensuring correct completion of paperwork, including courtesy car forms and pre-repair check sheets.
Ensuring courtesy car fleet is clean and free from damage.
Identifying and reporting to the Customer experience Manager any sales opportunities.
Dealing with customer complaints and when necessary escalate to CSM.
Deal with Insurance company’s/ recovery agents daily on behalf of customers and the company.
Handling cash and using card machine.
Liaising with other departments in the company.
Any other duties deemed fit by the CEM or WM

Monday to Friday, Every 4th Saturday
£209.24 per week

It would be an advantage if the post holder also had: Previous knowledge of the motor trade Driving licence
