Fairview Lets Limited is a lettings company based in seven Kings that has been established since 2001. They are a family business that manages a large property portfolio and mainly deals with the Council to provide accommodation to the homeless (social housing) as well as dealing with other agents who manage their properties on their behalf.

Vacancy Description


  • The job role will include the following:
  • Electronic and paper-based filing
  • Answering telephone calls and noting messages
  • Recording any office activity onto spreadsheets such as maintenance concerns, and tenant-reported issues.
  • Area of work will be within the property management team
  • Candidate will report back to the office manager on a day-to-day basis
  • Any other ad hoc tasks
  • General administrative duties


Business Administration Level 3
