Vacancy Description:
- Viewing houses that are for sale
- Monitoring e-mails
- Answering calls
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
- Registering potential buyers
- Booking sales valuations
- Registering new applicants both over the phone and face to face
- Arranging and attending viewing / Negotiating with sellers and buyers
- Answering calls and dealing with enquiries
- Creating new valuation opportunities
Qualification:
- Sales Executive Level 4
- English and Maths Functional Skills (If Required)
Course Duration:
Desired skills & Personal qualities:
- High attention to detail, and be able to meet deadlines
- Responsible and reliable
- PC literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Have an excellent face to face and telephone manner
- Good communication skills.

Working Week:
- Max Hours 40 hours per week
- Monday – Saturday with one day off in the week
- 8.30am -6pm week days
- 9-5 Saturday
