Durden & Hunt is a leading estate agent providing a comprehensive service to customers including Residential Sales and Lettings within Essex & London.

They're committed to providing customers (whether property sellers, buyers, developers etc) with individual high-quality advice based on the wealth of experience of their local dedicated sales team.

This role will allow the successful candidate to learn all aspects of estate agency including sales, lettings and property management. They will be working with a fast-paced real estate agency that deals with super prime properties in the United Kingdom and overseas such as Dubai.

 Vacancy Description:

  • Registering buyers / tenants
  • Booking valuation / doing property viewings / inspecting properties
  • Looking at what rents need to be paid and telling us daily so we can pay them
  • Looking at property issues and then discussing with tenants & landlords to get them sorted
  • Listing properties onto the market – organising photos and descriptions
  • Social media posts of the properties
  • General administrative duties
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
  • Liaising with tenants and contractors

Qualification:

  • Housing / Property Management Level 3
  • English and Maths Functional Skills (If Required)

Course Duration:

  • 18 months

  • High attention to detail, and be able to meet deadlines
  • Responsible and reliable
  • PC literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Have an excellent face to face and telephone manner
  • Good communication skills.

Working Week:

  • 40hrs per week
  • Mon – Fri
  • 9:30am – 5:30pm
  • Working alternate shifts on Saturdays with a day off during the week
  • 1-hour lunch break

Salary:

  • £5.00ph
  • £800pm
  • £9,600 yearly salary

Note:

  • Driving Licence/Car not required but would be a bonus
  • Ideally should live locally
