We are experts in transforming characters, logos or ideas into fully bespoke toys. We specialise in plush and vinyl creations, but we also have experience using a variety of other materials.

We work with a broad range of clients helping bring their custom toys to life; from small established businesses to well know international brands.

From baby and dog toys to retail and promotional, our team help guide clients every step of the way, managing the entire process from initial design right through to delivery. 

This is a fantastic & unique opportunity for the right candidate to join a fun toy-making team in the position of an administrator to assist in the smooth running of the daily operations.

We work with some of the biggest brands in the world delivering really exciting products and could do with an extra pair of hands to bring all of our projects to life. You’ll be exposed to all areas of the business so it's a perfect opportunity to find your feet.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assign B2B customer enquiries to sales team in CRM system
  • Help point customer enquiries to the right team
  • Help manage prototype orders liaising with the allocated supplier
  • Source pricing from shipping suppliers to help book deliveries with the most cost effective and timely service provider
  • Manage courier deliveries and collections
  • Manage gathering and dispatch of customer sample packages
  • Process, file, and dispatch retail orders meeting expected delivery dates using the most cost-effective courier
  • Manage product listings on all retail sites
  • Answer Customer Queries on all B2C sites in a timely, customer service and courteous manner
  • Manage B2C product stock
  • Monitor incoming post


  • Business Administration Level 3
  • English and Maths Functional Skills (If Required)
