Vacancy Description

  • We are hiring an administrator for our Canary Wharf office.
  • The purpose of the role is to support front office staff in their requests for proposals, engagements and invoices.
  • The role also involves normal administrative activities such as scanning, printing and general office administration.
  • The second element of the role is marketing related 
  • you will be required to create and send out marketing packages to existing and prospective clients.

Qualification

  • Business administration level 3
  • Maths and English level 2 functional skills (if required)
