In 2012, EE selected Comms Connect as one of the specialist business partners to launch the new EE 4G brand in the UK. They have direct relationships with Vodafone and O2 enabling them to offer all the major networks.

The role will provide support for B2B customers and also assist office staff internally. Training will also be provided on other associated value-added products. This is a varied role and therefore great training opportunity.

Vacancy description:

  • Supporting customer over the phone and email
  • Using internal CRM and various supplier portals
  • Setting up Voip phone systems 
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing of phone systems issues customers experience
  • Reporting to the head of the Support team
  • General administrative duties

  • A* - C GCSE Grades in Maths & English

Working week:

  • Monday - Thursday, 9am - 5:30pm
  • Friday, 9am - 5pm
