Big Creative Training are looking for an outstanding business administrator apprentice to join the team based in Walthamstow, East London and join their MIS and exams department.

 

Vacancy description:

To help set up, maintain and develop the Management Information Systems (MIS) for ESFA and AEB contract including: PICS, Arbor, ALPS, Google, xl sheets and others as developed/introduced

To help ensure reported contract data is clean, and comfortably meets the published returns schedule

To help set up and administer monitoring arrangements for funding, performance, candidate entry

To research, assess and feedback on new/improved MI systems/methods as discovered and make recommendations for use

To help register learners with respective qualification award bodies in a timely fashion

To help project and report on the cost of awarding body certification

To help administer qualification claims and the successful distribution of qualification certification

Desired qualifications:

Minimum GCSE grade C in Maths & English would be ideal
