Bell ICT are recruiting a Customer Service Apprentice who will need to be an ambitious and target driven individual. The apprentice role will be a Junior Trainee Role. The candidate will be taught how to identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the IT industry; researching and analysing business options. They will also learn about the IT Packages and Services provided by Bell ICT.

The role begins with a 3-month probationary period. During this probationary period the Apprentice will be taught the basics of Bell ICT. This will be done, by cold calling repeatedly, new/potential customers. By calling they will become familiar with the business technology and trade terms and secondly, they will assist with the planned growth of the business.  Following the 3-month probationary period your progress will be reviewed and they would decide where you are best placed in the business. This could be in sales, customer service, IT development etc.
