Verify and process the signup packs received from recruitment team upon checking the funding eligibility for the candidates
Adding candidates onto the internal database
Registering learners on to awarding organisations and e-portfolio’s
Keeping up to date records of filing, certification and the issuing of certificates to candidates as per the description by the line manager
Booking the candidates for the tests and end point assessments
Filling and recording the paperwork received by the assessors on to audit files and database
General administrative duties such as filling, copying, data entry, handling post
Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
