Vacancy Description

Verify and process the signup packs received from Recruitment Team upon checking the funding eligibility for the candidates

Adding candidates on to internal Database

Registering learners on to Awarding organisations and e-portfolio

Keeping up to date record for the certificate and filing and issuing the certificates to the candidates as per the description by the line manager

Booking the candidates for the tests and End Point Assessments

Filling and recording the paperwork received by the assessors on to audit files and database

General administrative duties such as filling, copying, data entry, handling post

Monitoring e-mails and Answering call and dealing with telephone and email enquiries

Qualification

Business Administration Level 3

English and Maths Functional Skills (If Required)

PC literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Have an excellent face to face and telephone manner

Good communication skills

Enthusiastic and motivated

5 days per week (Monday – Friday)

Salary

£688 per month

£ 8,256 per annum
