With a broad selection of collectable die cast vehicles, model kits, homeware, jewellery and a vast selection of TV, Film and comic related licensed products, our ranges cover everything from pocket money toys to life sized licensed collectables.

All of our staff have many years of experience in this ever changing business and have a broad knowledge base across all our products. Many are collectors who have a personal passion for the products we handle.

Amerang's home has always been on the South Coast of England and this is where you will find our modern sales and marketing offices and showroom. All purchasing and sales our carried out from our Lancing based offices, while goods are delivered and dispatched from our warehousing in Cheshunt, which is ideally placed near the M25 allowing for fast regular dispatches to our wide customer base.

Amerang is looking for the right candidate to join their team to support the office in carrying out general office duties as a business administrator and ensure the smooth flowing of office procedures.

Vacancy Description

Main Duties:

  • Manage client correspondence by answering incoming emails
  • deal with incoming calls
  • Draft, format and print relevant documents
  • Maintain stock lists and order office supplies as needed
  • Interact with the Commercial Director and Carry out their requests
  • Assist in purchase orders client card payments, invoicing & client sales orders
  • Photocopy and file appropriate documents as needed
  • Deal with customer relations and assist with sales tasks.
  • Maintain a positive company image by acting as the first point of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors online, and via telephone.

  • PC literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Have an excellent face-to-face and telephone manner

Working Week:

  • 40 Hours Per Week
  • 5 days a week
  • Monday – Friday
  • 9.00 – 17.00
  • 1-hour lunch break 


  • £5.50 ph
  • £880 pm


  • Business Administration Level 3
  • English and Maths Functional Skills (If Required)
