Our client is a leading commercial insurance provider looking to invest and train a motivated apprentice in customer service and sales.

Vacancy Description

Servicing existing clients by taking instructions over the phone

Understanding customer's insurance needs and informing the customers of available products

Processing changes and recording of clients transactions

Ensuring policy renewals are sent to clients

Following up on Sales/Marketing campaigns with outbound calls to existing customers

Acting as an introducer for Financial services

Full training provided to comply with FCA regulations


Customer Service Specialise Level 3

Functional skills maths and English can be taught within the course apprenticeship if not achieved.
