Adam George Financial Services is a small financial services company specifically focused in the mortgage and protection markets. They are based in NW Essex/East London (Chigwell/Hainault) areas.

Vacancy Description

To support business principal (and possibly other advisers) to manage client needs and requirements

Answering/responding to telephone and email enquiries

Setting up/organising client meetings and sending out invites

Speaking with/chasing up lenders, solicitors, surveyors, estate agents and insurers for application updates

To key/submit applications and supporting documentation to lenders/insurers using their online systems/processes

Weekly/Bi-weekly F2F/Zoom 121 meetings with business principal

General clerical and administrative duties

£7,224 per year

Future Prospects

Salary increase after 3 month probation and further increases throughout apprenticeship after milestones meet and satisfactory performances. Potential to progress into a qualified mortgage/protection adviser role. This will be financially supported/sponsored by AGFS Ltd post successful completion of Apprenticeship qualification.


Ideally should live locally. Candidate initially working from home (first 3-6m) but plans to be based in Chigwell/Hainault – home office is being built. Majority of time will be administration tasks working on computer inputting data, reading/answering emails, assisting business principal managing client needs, chasing up lenders/insurers/solicitors/clients by telephone and email. The candidate will need to be approved by PRIMIS Mortgage Network to comply with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulatory requirements.
