The main purpose of a customer service specialist is to be a ‘professional’ for direct customer support within all sectors and organisation types. You are an advocate of Customer Service who acts as a referral point for dealing with more complex or technical customer requests, complaints, and queries.
Customer service specialist Level 3
Functional Skills English and Maths (If Required)
Excellent communication skills
Level 1 or 2 Uk Tennis Coaching Qualification (Preferred)
Monday - Friday (Some Weekends)
£129 per week
£ 6,708 per annum
Potential full time employment after apprenticeship completion
Travelling is a must. You will be based in various location for 4-5 months of the year in some of the worlds best 5* resorts
