An international law firm with its headquarters based in Central London and one of the fastest-growing law firms in the UK and is looking to recruit a trainee solicitor who has experience in conveyancing. Vacancy Description

This is an exciting time to be joining our practice and the scope of works and your experience will be as follows:

Residential conveyancing

Freehold and leasehold

Drawing up all documents that sellers and purchasers must sign.

Processing and agreeing contacts, transfers, mortgages and leases 

Obtaining documents and title deeds from the Land Registry and paying Stamp Duty and Land Tax

Dealing with the registration of client and lender with the Land Registry

Advise clients on the technical content of the documents and their financial implications

Your Experience As a trainee solicitor with experience in conveyancing, salary is dependent on experience. We work with domestic and international clients and companies. You will be provided with full training within the law firm and the property sector and ongoing support in your tenure to progress to the solicitor level and beyond.

Have a degree in law

Be able to research and have the confidence to approach companies and their directors

Possess independent time management and organisational skills as well as being able to prioritise workload according to business needs 

High attention to detail, be able to work problems through to resolution and contribute to business decisions

No previous experience is necessary and full support and training will be provided

Able to work flexible and extra hours where needed

£17,000 per year

Future Prospects

Possible full time position after Apprenticeship completion
