SENIOR HOUSING/PROPERTY MANAGER TRAILBLAZER STANDARD LEVEL 4

OCCUPATIONAL PROFILE

This course provides individuals with knowledge across the key areas of housing policy and practice, at a recognised CIH chartered membership (CIHCM) professional standard and is suitable for senior supervisors, managers and aspiring property professionals. The skills learnt are transferrable to a range of senior and management roles within the property sector from the private sector such as estate agency sales, lettings and management to public sector housing.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

■ 5 GCSEs (A*- C)

Level 2 English and Maths can be included in the programme if not achieved before starting the course.

■ NAEA Property Mark Level 4 Certificate in Sale of Residential Property Senior    Housing/Property Management Standards

COURSE OVERVIEW AND LEARNING: The course is delivered on-site by an allocated personal tutor tailored to the individual’s business needs.

Learners will understand their organisational and sector principles, practices and legislation to interpret and apply to governance, court proceedings, contracts, data protection and safeguarding. They will understand the strategic value of the social and physical context of assets and how to analyse data to interpret and disseminate information using effective applications. Learn team performance management and internal and external and project management.
