DIGITAL MARKETER - LEVEL 3
OCCUPATIONAL PROFILE
The primary role of a digital marketer is to define, design, build and implement digital campaigns across a variety of online and social media platforms to drive customer engagement, acquisition and customer retention. A digital marketer will typically work as part of a team have responsibility for some of the straight forward elements of an overall marketing plan or campaign. The marketer will work to marketing briefs and instructions and will typically report to a Digital Marketing Manager, a Marketing Manager or an IT Manager.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Employers decide the entry requirement typically:
■ 5 GCSEs (A*- C)
Level 2 English and Maths can be included in the programme if not achieved before starting the course.
COURSE OVERVIEW AND LEARNING
The course is delivered on-site by an allocated personal tutor and is tailored to induvial business needs. Students will understand how to choose, use and manage appropriate, secure digital platforms and technologies.
They will develop writing skills for a range of digital media and audiences. They will learn to research, interpret and use data for the development of digital marketing campaigns.
They will gain an understanding of analytic tools, such as SEO, PPC, and how to measure return on investment.
To complete the apprenticeship learners will choose and need to complete from one of three modules which will be chosen by individual employers:

2 Principles of Coding
3 Digital Marketing Business Principle
