ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER - LEVEL 4
OCCUPATIONAL PROFILE
Project management involves scoping, defining, implementing and measuring all aspects of a plan. Suitable for aspiring apprentices or for employees looking to upskill into project management. The course will provide the skills, knowledge and experience to be an effective, methodical and reliable Project Manager. Project Manager's skills are transferable to most industries and sectors.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Individual employers set entry requirements but typically include:
■ 5 GCSEs (A*- C) including English and Maths
■ 48+ UCAS points, or equivalent
Level 2 English and Maths can be included in the programme if not achieved before starting the course.

COURSE OVERVIEW AND LEARNING
The course is delivered on-site by a personal tutor and tailored to suit the learner's place of business and job role. Learners will develop a range of knowledge and skills such as project scope and evaluation, governance, stakeholder management, consolidated planning and budgeting. They will understand how to manage risk, resources and deliver quality whilst driving results, and how to lead, collaborate and communicate with internal and external teams through various reporting and communication methods.
Apprentices are required to achieve a suitable level of knowledge as part of their development such that they achieve an IPMA Level D qualification or APM Project Management Qualification, prior to their EPA.
